more swagger

Hey everyone! So I recently bought a sample pack from Swagger Cosmetics and I wanted to show you a look I created using some of the pigments. If you haven't made a purchase from Swagger or are unsure as to weather or not it's for you, I recommend you buy the sample pack like I did. It's only $3 and there's enough pigment in the samples for about 3-4 uses of each one you get. I know I did a post about Blake Karamazov previously but this post will do Blake much more justice. I didn't like the way the previous post turned out so I decided to once again recreate my image of Blake.

That's right, I even added freckles of my own this time! Haha, what do you think? Should I become a freckle girl myself? I think it's such a cute, doll-like trait. In other words, adorable!

This is what I received as my sample pack:

(Sorry you can't see "Responsitranity" well enough.)

I also got 3 business cards:

(Front of the card.)

(Back of the card.)

And here's an unclose look at my makeup:

For this look I used "Red Bone" and "Ghetto University on the lid then added a touch of "Rad Bitch" to the inner corner of the eye.

("Red Bone" pigment is on the outer and inner part of the lid and "Ghetto University" is on the middle of the lid.)

And that's the look! I love, love, loveeeeeee these pigments. I also have the HD finishing powder on my face which is fabulous; It really sets my foundation well. I can't wait to get my hands on all of those pigments and lip glosses too!

(Sassy, freckled biotch, hahaha.)

I also love the names of the pigments. They're so badass. Oh, and I have on my Beetlejuice jacket again. I'm really in love with it so I was just looking for an excuse to wear it again.

Another thing I wanted to throw in here: I know I said before that I was looking to change my hair color again and I think I might go back to blue! Here's me with blue hair before:

(Hahahahahahaha, I'm sorry. I don't have any pictures that show my blue hair well enough so I just threw this in here, haha.)

No, but really, my hair was a nice dark blue before but I think I want a slightly brighter blue this time. I want to change it because I think it'll look awesome with the Dia De Los Muertos makeup for Halloween. I was also thinking about red (which I've already done a thousand times) or purple, but I've yet to decide...

Tell me what you guys think!
Red, blue or purple hair?
Do you like freckles?
Do you like pigments or pressed shadows better?
What Swagger product are you most interested in trying?
Tell me anything really!

But whatever you do, don't forget to like my Facebook page (if you already haven't) and TELL YOUR FRIENDS TO DO THE SAME!

(Kisses to everyone reading this!)

Ciao!

colorful arabic eyes

Hey everyone! Happy Monday! How was your weekend?

Let's jump right into this makeup thing. I was playing around with a bunch of colors and ended up doing this beautiful colorful arabic look:

I did use the lashes that I bought and showed you all on a previous post but here's the photo again so you can see what I used:

I was a little disappointed thought because you can't see the blue on the lashes when I had them on. It must be because my eyeliner was so thick and dark. I'll have to do another look with them against some lighter shades.

Even though you can't see the blue in the falsies, they still gave a really fun shape :)

(I did the double winged liner with this look for some extra flare.)

What do you think? There are a ton of arabic inspired looks out there and honestly, I love them all. The style is just so bold and beautiful. A key part to this look is the dark, heavy liner and bordering your entire eye with it.

The colors I used from my 120 eyeshadow palette are the ones in the red box:

I'm still trying to figure out what look I'll do next but I guess you'll all just have to wait to find out! I was also thinking of dying my hair. I want to do a bold, deep red but I'm not sure yet. What color do you guys think I should do?

Well, until the morrow everyone :)

Ciao!

freckles & swagg

Today's look was inspired by owner of Swagger Cosmetics, Blake Karamazov :)

I stumbled upon Swagger Cosmetics a few months ago, which in turn led me to Blake. I think she has a wonderful, outspoken style and suddenly I found myself inspired by her color pops and tattooed freckles (I think tattooed freckles is such a genius idea!).

(I have my own little bow :D And we both have monroe piercings. We're twins!)

The look I created isn't as dramatic as Blake's looks but I didn't want to recreate her makeup, I wanted to create my own look representing how I see her (which is fabulous, fun and feminine).

I love Blake's aqua blue hair but for my pop of color I chose pink (to match my pink floral skirt).

I added the two dots right above the wing to represent Blake's wonderful freckles! I guess I have eye freckles? Haha.

Anyway, the look is pretty simple and fun and I was happy to feel like I had a touch of Blake in my own personal swagger (I know, I'm lame!) The only thing I wish I could have done differently is to create this look with Swagger Cosmetic pigments! I haven't gotten my hands on them yet but I plan on it in the near future. Oh! And the Swagger products are handcrafted vegan cosmetics. Who wouldn't want to play with that?

If you haven't checked out Swagger Cosmetics yet then just follow these links to find out more about it.

Well I hope this blog inspires anyone reading this right now! What do you guys think of Blake? What inspires you when your creating a new, fabulous look? Let me know!

Jackie Chan and I are out like a fat kid playing dodgeball.

Ciao!
